What a Difference a Day Makes! I woke to yet another morning of dread. I was getting slogged down. Not sure if that is the official term used by theologians and psychologists worldwide but it was certainly how I felt. It just seemed so hard to get up in the morning and face another day; mostly because the weather had been so hot. It had been 90 F in the house most nights when we tried to sleep. I would wake up in the middle of the night many times feeling suffocated by the heat. Getting up to bathe again at 2 a.m. just to cool off was cutting into my sleep time. I was physically exhausted.
